1. Click on "Tools" > "Account settings..."
2. Click On "Account Actions” > “Add Mail Account..."
3. Mention bellow details and click on “Continue”
- Your name (Can mention any thing just to identify your account )
- Email address
- Password
- Check “Remember password” (Optional)
4. Now Select “Incoming Protocol” and Mention bellow details
- Server hostname (Server address)
- SSL type
- Authentication type
- Username (mail Id)
5. Then click on “Re-Test” and then on “Done”
If ask for SSL Certificate, then Check "I understand the risk“ and click on “Done”.
6. Your Mail Account Is successfully configured.
